I am trying to understand what you had to say,
But all I can think of is a confused array,
Of emotions and thoughts of a person unknown,
An unknown familiarity that I have gotten to know.
Now I wonder of two entities,
That I knew back then and know of now,
How is it possible, I ask myself
But then again not everyone would have the same mindset.
People are never what they appear to be,
They are just an illusion of what you expect them to be,
The moment it makes you feel like there is danger ahead,
Then you should take a step back and change your route instead.
Situational gravity is never understood,
Life just seems to be a name in the game,
A mystery never understood,
Of the stranger who once made you feel so good.
The human heart as fragile as it can be,
Can shut down in an instant from all entities,
Then comes a ray of hope one day shining bright,
But the step to be taken is thought through with a cautious mind.
The guilty conscience will overshadow your path of life,
And then you can’t distinguish between day and night,
The human mind a complicated shell,
Will put thoughts in your mind on time well spent.
Sometimes when you tread through the path of life,
Love and attachment visit you in physical form,
Who remain temporarily in your life,
And leave you wounded and scarred for life.
Nevertheless life doesn’t stop going on,
People don’t stop moving on,
The memories remain with a tinge of pain,
That make you feel like life would never be the same again.
The only constant thing in your life will be change,
You need to embrace in so many ways,
Things get better and get worse over time,
But then hope gives you the strength to keep holding on.
